Whips Technologies Policy Standard: Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
1. Purpose and Commitment Whips Technologies maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including the creation, distribution, or hosting of content or communications that promote, depict, or facilitate such activities. Our mission to improve the car-buying experience must never come at the cost of individual safety or human dignity. We are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards across all areas of our business, ensuring that our platform and services are never used to harm or exploit children. 2. Scope This policy applies to all Whips Technologies employees, contractors, advisors, affiliates, partners, and users of any Whips Technologies platform, including but not limited to the Whips app, website, and any associated APIs or tools. 3. Definitions Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): Includes any content or conduct that involves the sexual abuse, exploitation, or trafficking of minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and solicitation. Child: Any individual under the age of 18, as defined by international law and applicable national legislation. 4. Policy Standards 4.1 Zero Tolerance Whips Technologies prohibits the use of its platform for uploading, sharing, linking to, or distributing CSAE material in any form. Any account found in violation will be immediately terminated and reported to appropriate law enforcement agencies. 4.2 Reporting Obligations We promptly report all verified CSAE content or activity to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant local or international law enforcement authorities, as legally required. All reports and investigations are handled with utmost urgency, confidentiality, and professionalism. 4.3 Proactive Monitoring Whips Technologies employs advanced automated detection tools and human moderation to proactively identify and block CSAE material. We continuously monitor industry databases and integrate third-party CSAE detection solutions that conform to IWF, NCMEC, and INTERPOL standards. 4.4 Employee Screening and Training All employees and contractors undergo background checks and must complete mandatory training on CSAE awareness, detection, and ethical responsibilities. Any employee found to have engaged in or facilitated CSAE will be terminated immediately and referred to law enforcement. 4.5 User Safeguards We implement strict age verification mechanisms and behavioral monitoring to prevent misuse of the platform by predators or those seeking to harm children. Users are encouraged to report suspicious behavior through clearly accessible in-app or online tools. 5. Enforcement and Compliance Internal Oversight: The Whips Trust & Safety team is responsible for enforcing this policy, conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards. Third-Party Vendors & Partners: All service providers, including dealers, CRM partners, and marketing affiliates, must contractually agree to CSAE clauses and undergo risk assessments where applicable. 6. Transparency and Collaboration Whips Technologies supports cross-industry collaboration in the fight against CSAE and works with trusted partners and international watchdogs to share threat intelligence and contribute to the global response. We also publish annual transparency reports detailing enforcement actions related to CSAE where legally permissible. 7.
